Hi, i’m jeff boyer
Entrepreneurship is a constant learning experience. After getting caught in survival mode a few too many times, I realized that I had to make a change. The truth was, I was not fully present in my life. I had unresolved trauma, grief, fear, and anxiety, and they were holding me back. I felt like there was an invisible wall that I couldn’t climb over, and it was keeping me from reaching my potential. I was struggling mentally, my family was suffering, and I had lost my vital connection to God. As difficult as this time was, it was a pivotal moment in my life.
In my time of need, I hired a mentor to coach me through the ups and downs and discovered the key ingredient to success…
Purpose. While you can launch a business with money in mind, scaling a big brand and making a real impact requires faith, confidence, and passion that money can’t buy.
Living my purpose, one brand at a time.
Many of my projects are inspired by pivotal life experiences.
In remembrance of the tragic loss of my sister, I founded the nonprofit Emily’s House in 2021–a place where families who have lost children can come together to grieve and heal. The organization helped our first family in 2022, and we plan to provide important support and resources for more families in the future.
As a Certified Habit Finder Coach, I work with men who run multi-million dollar businesses. Together, we explore your purpose and create profit with the ultimate goal of living in service.
I’m also a keynote speaker, initiating powerful conversations centered at the intersection of faith, community and mental health.
My latest venture is BILD brand apparel and retreats, a lifestyle company promoting the betterment of men.
I am also the Owner and CEO of two construction companies including Premier Pools & Spas Temecula, an award-winning inground pool brand and my beloved family business.
As a husband of over 20 years and the father of four beautiful children, I strive to prioritize family in everything I do. After suffering the mental challenge of trying to win at family, business, and myself, I watched many of my friends’ marriages dissolve and relationships suffer and realized that men of faith need to support one another. It became clear that the more ‘successful’ we become, the more essential skills we need to utilize–in emotional awareness, dealing with overwhelm, communication, sustaining faith, and seeking community.
By creating unique retreats and offerings, I create spaces where men can discover their gifts and begin to thrive.
