A brotherhood of men who have stopped performing and started building — their faith, their marriages, their legacy — one honest week at a time.
The world needs rare men. This is where they find each other.
We are living in a moment that demands something rare. The confusion is real. The adversity is real. The pull toward distraction, isolation, and the numbing of everything that matters — it is more powerful than it has ever been.
And in the middle of all of it, too many men are hiding. Not because they are weak — but because no one ever showed them what it looks like to step into the spiritual side of life, where true purpose gets revealed. Where the Holy Spirit guides a man toward meaningful, purposeful living. Where the gap between who he is and who he was made to be finally begins to close.
"The spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ."
Romans 8:16–17A man who finds his spirit — who is guided by the Holy Spirit toward his actual purpose — does not just change his own life. He changes his marriage. He changes his children. He changes the people around him. The ripple of one man becoming who he was made to be touches generations.
The Rare Ones exists because the world needs that man. And that man needs a room full of others who are walking the same path — honestly, daily, without pretending they have it figured out.
Most men are not living from their spirit. They are living from their wounds, their fears, their false power moves, and the accumulated weight of a life built trying to prove they were enough. They go to church. They provide. They show up. And they are desperate on the inside — running patterns that were set in place decades ago, wondering why nothing feels like enough.
The Rare Ones are different. Not because they have arrived — but because they have decided to stop hiding. They have decided that the spiritual side of life is not a Sunday morning event but a daily pursuit. That being guided by God is not a feeling they wait for but a practice they build.
"We want men to find their spirits and be guided by the Holy Spirit toward meaningful, purposeful living. This is the way — and we must be a beacon of light where there is so much darkness."
The Rare Ones must lead themselves first. Then their marriages. Then their children. Then their communities. This is not ambition — it is calling. And the men who answer it become the kind of fathers, husbands, and leaders that the world is desperately waiting for.
The room you are about to enter is not for every man. It is for the ones who are ready to step up.
This is not a place to observe. It is a place to open up and be real. The men who get the most out of this group are the ones who bring their actual lives — not the polished version, but what is really happening. The room holds what you bring to it.
Every two weeks, the group meets live — 60 to 90 minutes. Jeff brings a specific teaching from inside the Six Pillars — not a surface overview, but a deep dive into what matters most in that pillar right now. Then the room opens. Men share what has shifted. Men share what they are still carrying. The energy in these calls is unlike anything most men have experienced.
Before every Zoom, members receive an email with one question: Has something shifted since we last met? This primes the room. Men come prepared to share something real — a win, a struggle, a moment of clarity. The call becomes a place to celebrate movement and speak honestly about what is still stuck.
Every man is paired with another man whose journey resonates with his. Buddies check in weekly — not with pressure, but with the five questions that reveal whether you are actually doing the work. This is the accountability that makes the difference between a man who talks about change and a man who actually changes.
Each week, members receive a specific action tied to the current pillar focus — something to practice in their marriage, with their kids, in their faith, or in their work. Not theory. Something to actually do. Small, consistent, specific. The kind of thing that, done daily for 90 days, makes a man unrecognizable to himself.
You become who you are around. When you are in a room with men who are doing the work — honestly, daily, without pretending — something shifts in what you believe is possible for your own life. The men in this group will leverage your life to places you never imagined simply by showing you what is real.
A specific action in one of five arenas: your marriage, your kids, your faith, your work, or your inner healing. Not a reading. Something to do. Something to practice. Something to bring back to the group.
Your buddy receives your five weekly answers. He reads them. He asks about them. He holds you to what you said you would do. Not with judgment — with the kind of honest care that only comes from a man who is doing the same work himself.
"Has something shifted?" One question. Your honest answer becomes the foundation for what you bring to the Zoom call. The men who come prepared to share something real get the most out of the room.
60–90 minutes. Deep teaching on a specific aspect of the Six Pillars. Then the room opens — men share what has moved, what is still stuck, what they are still carrying. Jeff facilitates. The group holds the space. No hiding.
"By small and simple things are great things brought to pass."
Alma 37:6Every week you send your buddy five answers. He sends you his. This is not journaling. This is accountability — the kind that requires another man to see where you actually are, not where you wish you were. These five questions cover every arena that matters.
"Am I doing the work — daily, privately, without anyone watching?"
"How am I intentionally growing closer to my wife this week — and what specifically did I do?"
"How am I showing up for my kids — am I present with them, or just near them?"
"How am I seeing my work differently — am I building with purpose or grinding from fear?"
"Am I healing — am I seeing my future as bright and full of possibilities, or am I still letting the past run me?"
"By small and simple things are great things brought to pass — and small means can confound the wise."
Alma 37:6The man who answers these five questions honestly every week — and has another man reading his answers — becomes a different man. Not because of grand gestures. Because of small, consistent faithfulness, repeated week after week, until the compound interest of daily work becomes a transformed life.
"If you aren't willing to work, we don't need you here. It's a waste of your time and ours. We want the energy to flow — and we want this group gaining traction, not dragging weight."
